1. Use of the Service
FindaCan provides tools for color sampling, color matching, palette creation, and related creative planning features. The Service is intended for personal and professional use, subject to these Terms.

Subscription Details

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
- Billing and renewal are handled through the platform where you purchased the subscription (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your platform’s account settings.
4. Free Access and Feature Availability
Certain features may be available without a subscription, while others require an active subscription. Feature availability may change over time as the Service evolves.
5. Restoration of Purchases
If you previously purchased a subscription on a supported platform, you may restore access using the restore option provided within the Service or through your platform’s account settings.

Color matching results are estimates and may vary due to lighting conditions, materials, device displays, or real-world application.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindaCan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
